How to send copyright notices and counter-notices to VioEvo.
Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Overview
If you believe content uploaded to, or generated by, the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@vioevo.com. We may remove or disable access to material that appears to infringe and may terminate repeat infringers.
2. What To Include In A Notice
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including an email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
3. Counter-Notices
If we remove or disable access to material and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@vioevo.com. A valid counter-notice should identify the material, include your contact information, state under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which VioEvo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.
4. Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or accounts that repeatedly receive valid takedown notices.
