1. Overview
This Policy explains how VioEvo collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our website, app, and related services.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the information you give us and the information generated when you use the Service.
- Account information such as your name, email address, login method, profile image, and account settings.
- Payment information such as subscription details, plan level, billing address if needed, and payment processor records. We do not store full card numbers ourselves.
- Prompts, uploads, source images or video, reference files, settings, and other content you submit.
- Generated outputs, including images, videos, thumbnails, and related metadata.
- Device and log data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, timestamps, error logs, and cookie or similar technology data.
- Support and communication records, including messages you send to us.
- Marketing and analytics data, such as campaign source, page interactions, and email engagement.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and deliver outputs, run billing, maintain accounts, answer support requests, detect fraud and abuse, understand product usage, send service emails, and improve the Service.
- Generate the images and videos you request.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions and credits.
- Send receipts, notices, and support replies.
- Protect the Service from spam, abuse, and security issues.
- Measure performance and improve product reliability.
- Send marketing emails when allowed, with an opt-out.
4. Model Training
We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train foundation models or other generative models unless you separately agree.
We may use aggregated or de-identified data to maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
5. Biometric, Voice, and Likeness Data
We do not intentionally collect biometric identifiers, biometric information, or similar sensitive data such as face geometry or voiceprints from ordinary prompts, uploads, or outputs. If we ever offer a feature that explicitly requires that kind of data, we will ask for separate opt-in, explain the specific purpose and retention period at collection, and destroy that data when the feature request is complete or within 3 years of your last interaction, whichever comes first, unless a longer period is required by law.
If you submit someone else's face, voice, or likeness, you must have their consent and any other rights required by law.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and in limited situations.
- Vendors that host, store, process payments, send email, provide analytics, support, and security services.
- Generation providers and infrastructure partners that help us process your prompts and create outputs.
- Legal, safety, and compliance recipients when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate.
- A buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. International Data Transfers
We and our service providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. If we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country that does not have an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or similar lawful transfer mechanisms, together with any additional measures required by law.
8. Retention
We retain uploaded source images and videos for up to 3 days and generated outputs for up to 3 months. We may keep prompts, account records, payment records, support tickets, and logs longer as needed to provide the Service, prevent abuse, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Some logs and records may remain in backups for a limited time.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for login, preferences, analytics, and service functionality. You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work properly if you disable them.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
11. Your Choices and Rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
If you are in California, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable. We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
