Refund Policy

How refunds work for subscriptions and credit purchases on VioEvo.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase for a subscription charge or one-time credit pack only if no paid credits from that purchase have been used.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund the current charge. Each charge is reviewed separately.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, by purchasing and starting to use paid credits or otherwise accessing the digital service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. What Counts as Used

A purchase becomes used as soon as even one paid credit from that charge is spent on a generation or retry. Free, bonus, or welcome credits do not count as paid credits and do not affect refund eligibility.

3. What Is Not Refundable

  • Purchases where even one paid credit from that charge has already been used.
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Free, bonus, or promotional credits.
  • Abuse, fraud, repeated chargeback threats, or other policy violations.
  • Bad-faith or unsupported chargebacks or payment disputes.

We may still help with duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or confirmed service errors. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes and may seek reimbursement of dispute fees or related costs to the extent permitted by law.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@vioevo.com within the 7-day window and include the account email and order details. If we approve the request, we will refund the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the money.
